Yes. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial, and Rex and Ruby go live immediately. No card is charged until day 8. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Every plan is month-to-month. Cancel any time, no contracts and no penalty. If you cancel during the trial, you're never charged.
No. Every tier is one monthly rate, quoted as a starting price and negotiable for multi-location or higher-volume operators. There are no performance fees, no per-booking fees, and no per-message charges on any plan.
Auto-refill is on by default: when your included minutes run out, the card on file is charged for your refill pack, a 100-minute pack ($15.99, $0.16 a minute) unless you pick a bigger one, and Rex keeps answering. Turn it off any time and Rex pauses voice calls until your next billing period or until you add a pack; texts keep working either way. You're alerted at 80% and 100% of your included minutes, and pack minutes stay good for 12 months.
